• The Advanced VSM&A Workshop with LeanView™ is an instructor-guided session focused on documenting and analyzing the current-state performance of a real-world value stream at the customer site using LeanView. The customer selects a product (manufacturing) or service (transactional) value stream to be mapped and analyzed using LeanView.

  The team then applies the concepts and tools learned during the LeanView Workshop course to create an electronic version of the selected value stream with supporting analysis data.

  Deliverables from this session include:

  • Current-state VSM for the selected product or service value stream in LeanView
  • Supporting Map Analysis Report (MAR) in Excel
  • Hands-on analysis of the current-state VSM & MAR
  • Identification, capture and conversion of representative value stream improvements into project plans in Microsoft Project
