With expertise in call centers, transactional processing, service processes, defense and defense manufacturing, OSG works closely with Government agencies and their suppliers to analyze, model and document as-is processes, then develop new or revised processes to better meet missions and objectives. Through the use of SimEstimator^TM, OSG's own Project Risk analysis tool, developed through collaboration with industry leaders, we are able to help government agencies better plan and prepare for project launch and execution through the use of Monte-Carlo simulation depicting worst, likely and best case scenarios. This methodology allows for greater confidence in project completion and cost projections.
